About Reflections Window Cleaning
About Us
I started Reflections Window Cleaning in 2009 with a small car, a bike rack, and a dream. Back then, I strapped my ladders to the rack and went out, hoping to build something meaningful. I never imagined it would grow into what it is today.
I grew up here in Dakota County, met my wife in 9th-grade math class, and now we live in Farmington with our four kids. I’m grateful that Reflections has become a name people trust.
Over the years, we’ve been blessed to win Angi Super Service Awards and receive over 300 five-star Google reviews. But honestly, what most excites me isn’t the awards—it’s the team we’ve built.
One of our favorite sayings is: Reflections is where ‘Minnesota Nice’ meets window cleaning.
passion for business growth
So many of our reviews don’t just talk about clean windows—they mention the friendly, courteous people we bring into our customers’ homes and businesses. That’s because we believe great service starts with great people, and I’ve made it a priority to hire the kind of folks you’d want working at your home.
That includes my sister, Jessie, who runs the show behind the scenes as our office manager. If you’ve ever called us, chances are you’ve spoken with her—she’s the friendly, helpful voice on the other end of the phone who keeps everything running smoothly.
Today, Reflections is trusted by homeowners, cities, grocery stores, small business owners, and professional athletes who value exceptional service.
As Reflections grew, I found myself helping other home service business owners build systems, scale their companies, and create better work environments. That passion for business growth led me to start coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs across North America, helping them navigate the same challenges I faced. But no matter how much I pour into coaching, my heart is always with Reflections, helping create an enjoyable team culture and serving the amazing people we serve every day.
If we can serve you, I’d love the chance. Thanks for considering Reflections!
